JLA Web Solutions provides website design, marketing automation, and related digital services to local businesses. Service details, deliverables, and pricing are agreed upon prior to commencement of work.

Monthly service fees are billed on a recurring basis. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. We accept payment via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. No refunds are issued for partial months.

3. SMS Program Description and Messaging Use Cases

JLA Web Solutions operates an SMS messaging program for the purpose of business communications including lead follow-up, appointment confirmations, service updates, and marketing messages related to our services. SMS messages sent on behalf of our clients are used for the following purposes:

4. SMS Opt-In and Consent

By providing your phone number and submitting any form on our website or our clients' websites, you consent to receive SMS messages from JLA Web Solutions or the applicable local business. Consent is optional and not required to receive our services or make a purchase.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START. 6. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are not controlled by JLA Web Solutions. Please consult your carrier for details on your messaging plan.

Wireless carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. JLA Web Solutions is not responsible for any delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by your mobile carrier or network conditions. Carrier support for SMS programs is not guaranteed and carriers reserve the right to cancel or modify message delivery.

Our SMS messaging program and services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from or send SMS messages to individuals under the age of 18.

Upon full payment, clients own the content and branding on their website. JLA Web Solutions retains the right to use completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Underlying templates, code frameworks, and automation configurations remain the property of JLA Web Solutions.

11. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon cancellation, the client's website and associated automations will be deactivated at the end of the current billing period. JLA Web Solutions reserves the right to terminate service for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

JLA Web Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the most recent billing month.

13. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to deliver effective marketing systems, JLA Web Solutions does not guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased revenue, leads, or search rankings. Results vary based on many factors outside our control.

14. Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on third-party platforms including GoHighLevel, Cloudflare, Stripe, and others. We are not responsible for outages or changes to third-party services that may affect your website or automations.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Westchester County, NY.
